Why this plugin should be the first one?

This make your posting much more easier and faster. Look at the extra button from the picture above. You will have image control, you can even choose the image thumbnail size, adjust the compression quality setting etc etc ..

Installation Steps
1. Upload the folder 'Wysi-Wordpress' into your Wordpress plugins directory.
2. Upload the file 'iimage-browser.php' into the "wp-admin" directory.
3. Log into your blog.
4. Click on USERS. Click EDIT beside your profile(s). UNCHECK "Users should use the
visual rich editor by default".
5. Click on Plugins and activate Wysi-Wordpress.
6. Configure your upload settings in Wordpress on the Options->Miscellaneous tab.
UNCHECK "Organize my uploads into month- and year-based folders"
